Leda Werrell, DNP
Leda Werrell is a board certified Doctor of Nursing Practice that utilizes an integrative and functional medicine approach to patient care. Trained in both western and alternative modalities - she is able to use the best of both worlds to meet patient’s goals for health and wellness. Leda’s experience includes primary care, urgent care, women’s health, wellness and forensic nursing. She enjoys taking the time to listen to patients and meet them where they are within their own health journey. Leda is a strong advocate for nutrition, movement and nature.
Originally from New Hampshire, Leda moved to Maine in 2004 for its easy access to outdoor activities. She enjoys hiking, spending time on the water and is always busy with her children's various activities. Leda, her husband and three young children live in North Yarmouth.

This appointment is for your first visit dedicated to review your health history, any physical exams and create a plan of care. Any & all prior medical records will be reviewed and new testing can be ordered, if indicated.

Acute/ Sick Visit

30 minute sick visit appointment for a child or an adult. Have a sore throat, cough, cold or other acute concern? We can evaluate your current symptoms and create a plan of care, including a prescription, if indicated.
Annual Wellness Exam & Lab Review

This annual 1-hour visit includes review of current concerns, full lab panel, physical exam, and recommended screenings.
Please complete labs the week prior.
For Women: A full physical can include pelvic and breast exam. Pap testing (if indicated) is sent to Nordx and billed separately, usually to insurance.
