Provider Update
We are currently growing and evolving our Nurse Practitioner services at Mainestream Health Company. As we build this next phase of care, our commitment to collaborative, patient-centered support remains the same. Existing patients needing assistance with labs, prescriptions, or care coordination can continue contacting our office, and we look forward to sharing updates as this service area expands..
​We would like to share that Leda Werrell will be transitioning out of Mainestream Health Company. She will be continuing her clinical work nearby at Pineland in New Gloucester. Her last day at Mainestream will be June 23.

We are sincerely grateful for the care, time, and presence she has contributed to our patients and our team, and we wish her continued success in this next chapter of her work!

For patients currently under Leda’s care at Mainestream who would like their records transferred to her new practice, records may be released by completing a Request for Electronic Health Records or Authorization to Release Records form through our office, or by coordinating directly with Leda.
