Rachel has 12 years experience working as a chiropractic assistant (CA). She is passionate about helping people and taking care of others. Her caring attitude, mindset towards health & wellness and and her dedication to setting a positive example makes her a vital part of Mainstream Health Co's healing environment. You can always find her with a smile in the office. 

Rachel grew up here in Maine. She and her husband have 4 grown children and 2 grandkids. When she's not in the office, you can find Rachel enjoying the outdoors, landscaping, working out, visiting beaches and spending time with her animals & helping out part-time at her family's Brazilian Jui Jitsu Business.
